
Orienteering, Mountaineering and Rafting Course
This is an 8-week course, for youth in Middle and High School. Participants will learn land navigation (map/compass), mountaineering (camping/rope/rappelling) and rafting (level 1-4) skills.
The course is led by Mr. Ken Squire, Martin & Anne Chavez and other skilled personnel along with adult advisors culminating with an overnight trip to Ohiopyle State Park.
Parent volunteers are needed for the Ohiopyle training exercise May 17. Contact Ken Squire if interested.
We will meet Sunday afternoons beginning in March from 4:00-6:00pm.

Additional Information
Opportunity for parents to get involved with the Ohiopyle field training exercise.
We will need a minimum of 12 adults.
Overnight camping: There is no such thing as bad weather, just bad gear.
Cost to Attend:
$50.00/student; $100/adult volunter
